EXPERTISE AND INTERESTS

Lucie’s research explores interactions between people with dementia and their informal carers using ethnographic and linguistic methods. She has significant clinical experience of working with adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders across hospital, rehabilitation and community settings. She also has interests in service development and post-graduate education for speech and language therapists in low and middle income countries.
